The international round robin competition is made up of 16 countries divided into four pools with four teams each. The first round of pool play determines the top two sides advancing to the “Cup” quarters, semis and finals stages.

Losing teams move down to the loser’s “Challenge” bracket to decide nine through 16 finishers.

Points are awarded to all of the participating sides based on their finish. At the conclusion of the 10-week season, the team with the most points is crowned champion.
