To San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh, the only victim in a recent Miami incident involving Colin Kaepernick is his quarterback’s reputation.
“At some point, there needs to be a resolution to this scenario,” Harbaugh commented Friday, according to Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com. “The only victim is Colin’s reputation.”
The report, which was deemed a “suspicious incident,” detailed that a women claimed to have lost part of her memory before waking up in a hospital after having contact with the NFL trio. The women, however, didn’t file any accusations.
Although the police have said there is no evidence of a crime, they have seemed unhurried over the past two weeks to release any further details of their investigation.
Kaepernick defended himself via Twitter in a three-part statement shortly after the report was released, accusing the media of making false accusations about him. He assured his fans the stories were incorrect and thanked them for their support.
(3/3) I want to thank all of the people who have shared their encouraging sentiments. I assure you that your faith is not misplaced.
