UCLA announced on Tuesday morning that football head coach Jim Mora has agreed to a two-year extension with football head coach Jim Mora that runs through the 2021 season, according to ESPN.com

Mora has a 37-16 record in his first four years at the university, which ties the school record for most wins over that span. This includes UCLA making four straight bowl games while remaining a competitive team in the Pac-12 in each campaign.

The Bruins won the Pac-12 South in his first year and have finished in second place in the division in each of the following two seasons with at least 10 wins. The team struggled in 2015 holding an 8-5 record that was highlighted by losing three out of their last four games with a 37-29 loss in the 2015 Foster Farm Bowl against Nebraska.

Mora had original inked a five-year, $11.2 million contract with the university back in December of 2011. This new deal should quite down NFL rumors that have been brewing over the last couple of summers.
